About me:
With over 30 years of nursing experience–and 16 years as a board Certified Nurse Midwife–I’ve had the privilege of supporting women through some of the most meaningful and vulnerable times in their lives. As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I now focus on women’s mental health, from adolescence to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond, with a holistic, integrative and functional psychiatry approach. I'm dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care that meets women where they are and helps them move toward wellness and wholeness.
I am also certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), which means I have specialized training in mental health challenges that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, birth trauma, or just don’t feel like yourself, you’re not alone–and you don’t have to navigate it without support.
My approach is down-to-earth, whole-person, collaborative and nonjudgmental. I combine thoughtful medication management (if needed) with natural and lifestyle-based strategies, including nutrition, hormone balance, sleep, and stress support. I believe that healing comes from understanding the full picture—mind, body, soul, and life context.
You deserve care that listens, respects and meets you where you are. My goal is to help you feel more like you again and to walk with you every step of the way.
