What conditions do you treat?
In general, providers at MindFlow Mental Health, we treat ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, depression, eating disorders, life, OCD, sleep problems arising from psychiatric concerns, and stress-related conditions. Please ask if you have any special concerns you’d like to address or if your concern isn’t listed. Chances are we treat it, there’s just too many to list, so we picked the most common ones we treat.

What age range do you treat?
Most clients are between the ages of 12 and above. Please reach out via the Contact page to discuss possibilities.

How do I establish care?
Call, email, or use the contact us form to reach out to the clinic. We will need an email address, phone number, and name of the person seeking care (parents and adolescent names for clients under the age of 18). Someone from the clinic will send an email with a link to the Simple Practice portal. From there you will be asked to complete a pre-intake questionnaire and demographics form. Both must be completed in their entirety, as we need to check your insurance to ensure you receive the correct cost estimates for care and ensure your needs fit with the providers areas of expertise.

Can I complete paper forms?
Not at this time. All forms will need to be filled out online via the client portal. This ensures all information is captured and uploaded to the system in a highly usable form. If you require assistance, please let us know that when you initially reach out so we can determine the best way to support you; we may ask you to come in 20-30 minutes before an allotted appointment time to help you fill out forms.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We are currently accepting, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda Health, Oregon Health Plan, Pacific Source, and Regence. If you don't see your insurance listed, please ask us about it, we may be working on credentialing with other insurance plans.
What if I don't have insurance?
We offer a cash pay discount for anyone and a sliding scale for those below the federal poverty level. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. Please let us know if you need to explore one of these options, an application can be emailed to you for the sliding scale.
