With this link you can use a credit/debit card or an HSA/FSA card. You can also pay in the office, but I cannot accept HSA/FSA in the office. Please make sure when making a payment to use the current email on file in the Charm PHR portal, as there is no place to put the clients name or account number at this time (I'm working on that). This is most important if you are making a payment for someone who you do not share a last name with. Finally, if you are making a payment on a statement from Tebra/Kareos sent to you by Pivot Billing, please also send me a quick message or text in the Charm PHR portal to let me know.
